I’ve been buying this chocolate for a number of years for various recipes. It’s tasty, gluten free and high quality.

I use the dark chocolate at the holidays for making almond/craisin bark as gifts. This chocolate has great flavor and melts to a creamy consistency. So yummy. When stored correctly, this chocolate lasts a long time. Use it for anything that requires baking chocolate.

I use this chocolate at holiday time for making almond bark. I like that it’s breakaway so I can measure it accurately. Tastes great and melts like a dream. Dark is my favorite.
