Shipping

Cerreta Candy Company uses USPS Priority Mail for all order shipments.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Shipping and handling cost are based on the total amount of your order. Shipping cost is per recipient. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.

Shipping services deliver Monday - Saturday. Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Cerreta Candy Company is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  

Due to increased volume, holiday shipments may require additional transit time. Holiday orders and special order requests may take longer to process and produce due to increased volume.  Please be aware of delays during the holiday season.

Address Accuracy

There will be a $12.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Cerreta Candy will not accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Cerreta Candy will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

 

Order Tracking

Once a tag has been created for your order, a USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order placement via online, telephone, or in-store.

 

Warm Weather Shipping

All warm weather shipments will ship with protective foam, ice packs, and will ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders placed after Thursday at 12pm will be held until the following Monday in order to guarantee premium quality upon arrival.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
